With Baydo, your new home will be completely covered for the first year after possession. Also, many of the materials in our homes have much longer warranty, including our siding (Hardie Board, 30 year warranty), Cambridge shingles (lifetime warranty) and Sensa granite (15 year warranty). We have also partnered with Progressive Home Warranty Solutions in order to provide additional warranty coverage. Under Progressive Home Warranty we can offer the following:

• 5 Year Foundation Water Penetration Warranty
• 10 Year Structural Defect Warranty
• $25,000 Deposit Security Warranty
• $6,000 Additional Living Expense Coverage
