Our comprehensive quality control program consists of detailed inspections at every stage of the construction process. Our project management team inspects every stage of construction before the next stage can begin. Once our homes are built, our project management team will complete a final walk-through with our clients, inspecting everything from structure to finishing work. If there are any deficiencies found they will be corrected before the client takes possession. At Baydo Development Corporation, our client’s safety and satisfaction are important, that’s why all of our homes are built to exceed both the National Building Code and the New Home Warranty Program of Saskatchewan. In addition, Baydo Development Corporation is also a member of the Saskatoon Home Builders' Association.
